OMNI Accounting 是一套專為中小企設計的智能會計軟件，把日常記帳、單據處理與財務報表整合在同一個雲端平台。 系統以 AI 自動辨識銀行月結單及收據內容，自動抽取交易日、金額、收款人與摘要，並按企業既有的科目表建議分類， 同時自動產生對應的日記帳分錄，大幅減少人手輸入與重複對帳的工作。使用者亦可以直接匯入銀行對帳單， 由系統完成交易抽取、分類與入帳，並在需要時逐筆覆核及修改。

除核心記帳功能外，OMNI Accounting 涵蓋採購與銷售、庫存、應收應付帳款、套票與服務銷售、跨店核銷、 薪資與考勤、專案與工作成本，以及損益表、資產負債表、現金流量表、總帳與試算表等完整報表。 系統支援多分店、多貨幣及多租戶架構，每個分店均可作為獨立的財務分析維度，方便管理層比較各店表現。 所有資料按公司獨立儲存，並可依員工角色設定權限，確保敏感財務資料只供授權人員查閱。

OMNI Accounting 適合會計師、簿記人員、零售及餐飲連鎖店、美容與健身等服務業，以至需要同時管理多間分店及 多個專案的中小企。無需安裝，開啟瀏覽器即可使用，並同時支援手機與平板。 本系統由 Trends' Coding Limited 設計及開發，團隊專注為香港中小企提供實用的雲端商業軟件。

About OMNI Accounting (English)

OMNI Accounting is an intelligent, cloud-based accounting platform for small and medium-sized businesses. It brings bookkeeping, document handling and financial reporting together in one place. Bank statements and receipts can be imported or uploaded, and the built-in AI extracts transaction dates, amounts, payees and descriptions, suggests a category from your own chart of accounts, and generates the matching journal entry automatically — so far less time is spent on manual entry and reconciliation, and every entry can still be reviewed and corrected by your team.

Beyond everyday bookkeeping, the platform covers sales and purchasing, inventory, accounts receivable and payable, packages and service sales, cross-branch redemption, payroll and attendance, jobs, projects and job costing, plus full financial reporting: profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, general ledger and trial balance. It is built for multi-branch, multi-currency and multi-tenant operations, and each branch works as its own financial dimension for reporting. Data is stored separately per company, with role-based permissions so that sensitive financial information stays with the people you authorise.

OMNI Accounting is made for accountants, bookkeepers, retail and F&B chains, service businesses such as salons and fitness studios, and any SME managing several branches or projects. There is nothing to install: sign in from any browser, on desktop, tablet or phone. The system is designed and built by Trends' Coding Limited, a team focused on practical cloud business software for Hong Kong SMEs.
